• Advertise the property online, and erect a lease sign in front of the property.
• Arrange openings for inspections and private appointments.
• Supply a full report (including feedback) of enquiries, open houses and private viewings.
• Receive, review and process all lease applications.
• Discuss with you all suitably qualified applications.
• Take a holding deposit and arrange a date to sign the lease once you have approved and accepted a tenant for your property.
• Arrange for a property inspection before signing the lease
• Ensure that the tenant signs the lease, pays the bond, and moves into the property.
